The main floor features a kitchen, spacious dining area, a family room with a flat panel HD TV and DVD player, a full bathroom, a bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed and another with a queen-size bed and a twin bunk bed.

Lower Level

The lower floor includes an additional family room, 2 full baths, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and 4 more bedrooms -- one with a Queen-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and two with two sets of full bunk beds (sleeps 8) and a porch for easy access to the water and a two-floor swimming dock with 3 boat slips, 1 covered and 2 uncovered.
