Main Floor

Party on the Docs main level includes a spacious kitchen, a large pantry, a granite dining table, and a family room with a fireplace and a 50" flat screen with DVD player. The bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom

Second Floor

The upper level features 2 bedrooms with king beds. Each bedroom has a sink and they are joined by a Jack and Jill bath.

Third Floor

The Uppper level is a small crows nest bedroom that has 2 twin beds. It is nice for a couple of younger children to have a bedroom to themselves.

The Lower Level

Party on the Docs lower level is an amazing retreat in itself. It features a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine. The second family room has 2 comfy couches, a 50" flat screen and DVD player, and a pool/ ping pong table. This level has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has 2 double beds.

Walkout Level

The walkout level features 2 lake view queen bedrooms, a bunkroom with 2 double and 2 single beds, 2 full bathrooms, a game room with a couch, 32" flat screen TV, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The covered deck on this walkout level provides access to the lake and the hot tub.
