This brand new waterfront home is based on the very popular Aspen floor plan. It is located on a direct waterfront lot in the very popular Lakeside Estates Development. Lakeside Estates is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown La Follotte, close to I 75 and just north of the Deerfield Resort. This home is just a short boat ride to Sugar Hollow, Springs, Deerfield and Shanghai marinas.

The Aspen floor plan includes a main floor at street level and offers an extra large great room with 16 foot high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that overlook the lake. The great room offers two dining areas, one with a traditional set up and one that can double as a game table giving additional seating to the 1st floor and middle level dining areas.

The kitchen has many upgrades including custom handmade Tennessee Cabinets, upgraded flooring, appliances and breakfast bar. The bar area is open to the great room and is ideal for a quick snack or buffet style serving for large groups. The Main level walks out to a full length deck with two distinct areas overlooking the water. One area is set up with a complete out dining set, grill and umbrella. The other area is set up like a sunning area great for reading a book, relaxing and catching a few rays. The owner’s suite is located on this same level and is enhanced by a fantastic view, a large walk in closet, an owner’s bath with Jacuzzi type tub, shower and upgraded fixtures. The 2nd bedroom was designed to be a 2nd owner’s bedroom with a private entrance to the hall bath. The 3rd bedroom is lakeside and again overlooks the water as does the 4th and 5th bedrooms.

The Middle level is very similar to the main level in size as it has a full family room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and walks out to a deck overlooking the lake. The family room is enhanced by a big screen TV and is open to the 3rd dining area. The middle level deck extends the length of the home and again offers two unique social areas overlooking the lake. The bedrooms on this floor are each connected to a bath and offers much needed rest from the busy vacation days.
The lower level is divided by a closed door to isolate this more active level from the rest of the home. This is especially nice for the youthful at heart to play games in the game room, watch TV or play video games late into the evening and not affect those sleeping above. This level includes two bedrooms set up bunk style, a half bath and a large game room/ recreation room. This level again walks out to a full length lower deck with a hot tub and lake view. Just a short walk from the lower deck is the covered boat dock.
