It is complete with a family room, bunk style bedroom (with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds), a 6th bedroom with a queen bed, gaming area and full bath. The family room walks out to a private patio/deck area and to the lake. Located off the lower level deck is an additional deck that was built specifically for the included hot tub. Just a short walk from the hot tub is the lake and covered boat dock.

No need to worry about parking at this home due the designated parking spots just outside of the home and auxiliary parking for additional vehicles and trailers. Located in the Flat Hollow Marina with a private covered boat dock.
