The homes we rent on Norris Lake are brand new homes built right on the water. They range from 5 to 9 bedrooms and are ideal for large vacations with friends and family. Most of these homes have 2 rooms that sleep 6 or 8. For large vacations, this is a perfect place for many kids to sleep.
We also have several 3-bedroom Condos right on the water. Even this has 2 bedrooms for couples and the 3rd one will sleep 6 kids.

Sugar Hollow Dock is the closest in location to Lakeside Estates and is a full-service marina that offers ski boat, Jet Ski and Pontoon Boat rentals, covered slips, and boat lifts. Shanghai Resort is a popular full-service marina offering pontoon boat, wave runner, and water toy rentals. Fishing License Where & How to Get Them
A Tennessee fishing license is required for fishing on Norris Lake. Non-residents have a choice of purchasing an annual fishing license, 10-day fishing license, or 3-day trout fishing license. Annual fishing license sales begin on March 1st.
