The second floor includes the master bedroom, furnished with 2 double bunks (sleeps 8), and a private master bath.

Lower Level

The lower floor includes an additional family room, a full bath, a utility room with a washer and dryer, and 3 more bedrooms -- one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and one with two sets of full bunk beds (sleeps 8).

Walkout Level

The walkout level offers 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each room and a porch for easy access to the water and a shared swimming dock with 2 boat slips, 1 covered and 1 uncovered.
