The second floor is very similar with a second kitchen, a second family room with a flat panel HD TV and DVD player, and three more bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size a king bed and a luxurious private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the third has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed.

The Lower Level

The lower level features another kitchen, a family room equipped with a flat panel HD TV and DVD and a game room. The lower level also includes a full bathroom, 3 more bedrooms, and a utility room with a second refrigerator as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Two of the lower level bedrooms are furnished with full-size bunk beds (sleeps 8), and the remaining bedroom features a queen-size bed. A walkout porch on the lower level gives you convenient access to the water’s edge with a dock with 1 covered and 1 uncovered boat slip and also it has a separate private swim platform.
