The Lower Level
The lower level features a family room equipped with a flat panel HD TV and DVD player, another game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, gamer chairs and corn hole. The lower level also includes a full bathroom, 3 more bedrooms, and a utility room with a third refrigerator as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Two of the lower level bedrooms are furnished with full-size bunk beds (sleeps 8), and the remaining bedroom features a queen-size bed. ;And a walkout porch on the lower level gives you convenient access to the water’s edge and the private dock with 3 boat slips, 1 covered and 2 uncovered.
