Lake is a place that the Trimbach’s have known and loved for over
forty years. Jackie, Rick, and Jon Trimbach have all been born and raised
on the lake. They have spent their summers skiing across 801 miles of
shoreline, jumping off cliffs into the cleanest water in Tennessee, and
spent evenings watching the sun set into 34,000 acres of waterfront. Norris
Lake is not just business for the Trimachs but a lifestyle. Jon always
says, “I was born and raised on this lake and I plan to retire here
too!” They have spent their time, money, energy, and emotions in
keeping the true beauty of the lake as evident as it was in the 1930’s
when it was first established. Jon has owned property on the lake for
43 years and has been developing land and building for over 15 years.
Their wish is to tie in all the knowledge of developing, building and
property management with their love and passion for the lake to make your
experience on the lake the best it could possibly be.
Andrew
Gaydosh’s first exposure to Norris Lake was in the Late 90’s
at the request of a close friend to change “the annual Sea Doo trip”
from Lake Cumberland to Norris. After much convincing, Andrew and the
14 other riders decided to give Norris a try. That was the beginning of
10 consecutive years to Norris Lake by the Lake Lakengren Sea Doo riders
group, and a love affair with Norris that has transpired therein. After
many years of vacationing to the lake from his residence on Lake Lakengren
near Eaton Ohio, Andrew, his wife Dawn, and 3 children (Kenzie/4 years
old, and the twins Drew and Dani/2 years old) decided it was time to buy
a second home/investment property on the lake they loved so much. Andrew,
being one of the top realtors in the country, conducted extensive research
in determining the best location on the lake for his interests of being
close to major marinas and I 75, yet secluded enough to get away from
the crowd and still be desirable for renters looking to vacation in his
home when it was not being used by the family. After 3 years, he found
what he was looking for in the relationship with Jon Trimbach and Norris
Lake Properties. Naturally when Jon was ready to launch the property management
division of Norris Lake Properties he approached Andrew and they have
not looked back since. Andrew’s mission is to provide the same level
of high service that he provides to his clients in the Dayton area, to
the clients and customers at Norris Lake. “Most of the clients that
are buying, building, renting with us at Norris are from Cincinnati/Dayton
and the Atlanta areas. They expect a high level of service and that is
what we give them, we treat them like family” Andrew, his family
and now several close friends call Norris Lake home to their 2nd home/investment.
All have enjoyed buying, building and managing with Norris Lake Properties.
“It is a unique opportunity that no one else on the lake can provide,
a complete turnkey operation from start to finish. Norris Lake Properties
will build you your custom dream home, assimilate it into the resort vacation
system and manage it with very little effort from the homeowner.”
Andrew is excited about the future of Norris Lake and his relationship
with Norris Lake Properties.
